Sometimes, when it rains, it pours. That little saying describes what has happened to most, if not all, of us at one time or another. Perhaps your mortgage went into foreclosure is about to. If you have been experiencing other financial set backs, then this foreclosure can feel like the proverbial storm. Fortunately, there are some laws and legal procedures that are available which, like an umbrella, may lessen the effects of these actions against you. You may be able to STOP THE FORECLOSURE SALE!

Both the State legislature and the Congress have enacted some laws to protect the interest of consumers such as yourself. Those laws may provide you with some breathing room by allowing you to structure your payments, and reduce or eliminate some of the interest that you are being charged, while keeping collection agencies and collectors from harassing you. The key to most of these laws, however, is that you must act promptly.

I want you to know that I am not attempting to collect any of your debts. If you have gotten a foreclosure notice, save it and pay close attention to it. It has some important dates and deadlines. For you to take the best advantage of any of the laws and procedures that I refer to above, you must act before those dates and deadlines. After you have had an opportunity to consider your situation, and if you feel you need more information regarding your rights and obligations, I would be more than happy to meet with you and discuss them without charge.

I offer free initial consultations and low fees with reasonable payment plans. My goal is to help you save your home and/or get a fresh start.
